Engineering Report

Borough of West Cape May

            USDA FY2003 Water & Sewer Replacement Project – Remote Water Meter Reading System:

• Status: 

• Construction is complete.  All installed meters have been tested and are presently readable through the remote reading system.  

• The project is closed-out.

            NJDOT Municipal Aid: 

• Status: 

• All work has been completed.

• The project is in the Final Close-Out Phase.

• Borough to pass resolution to make final payment to Contractor.

• CFO Certification and Final NJDOT voucher to be signed by Borough  and submitted to NJDOT for the remainder of the grant funds.

• Required forms for the reimbursement of funds to the Borough have been prepared and forwarded to the CFO for signature.

            Park Boulevard Bike Path Phase II:

• Status: 

• R V & W prepared and submitted an application for NJDOT funding of Phase II, between Emerald Avenue and Central Avenue.  The notification date was to be October, 2009.  NJDOT continues to review the applications.
