Emergency Generator – USDA FY 2008 Water & Sewer Replacement Project

• Status: 

• USDA has approved the contract award.
• Contractor is signed and Notice to Proceed issued.
• Generator received at Cummins Power Systems, Bristol, PA on 12/7/10.
• Switching and wiring to be completed 12/15/10.

            USDA Water and Waste Application:

• Status: 
• Kickoff meeting was held with USDA on July 27, 2010.
• Triad Incorporated delivered full application to USDA 9/3/10.
• USDA has reviewed the application.
• The application is in the “pipeline” for funding when funds become available.

            FY2011 NJDOT Trust Fund Municipal Aid Program:

• Status: 
• Applications were due August 13, 2010.
• RV&W has submitted the Phase 2 Park Boulevard Bike Path for both Municipal Aid and Bikeway funding on July 28, 2010.
• Borough has passed ordinances approving the submission of the applications.
• NJDOT has ranked all submissions.  NJDOT anticipates grant announcements by the end of the year (2010).

            Sunset Boulevard Parking Lot:

• Status: 
• RV&W prepared and sent the topographic survey and property line survey to Mr. Ed Belski, P.E. for preparation of the NJDEP permit application.
