MINUTES OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING
JUNE 16, 2010

The Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of West Cape May was called to order by Mayor Kaithern at 10:35 AM.  The Open Public Meetings Statement was read by Mayor Kaithern who then led those present in the flag salute.  Mayor Pamela Kaithern, Deputy Mayor Peter Burke, and Commissioner Ramsey Geyer answered roll call.  Also in attendance:  Borough Clerk Elaine Wallace, and Deputy Clerk Kate Kilian.

CONSENT AGENDA:

Resolution 99-10  Scheduling of Closed Session – Construction Code Services

On motion of Deputy Mayor Burke, seconded by Commissioner Geyer, the above referenced resolution was approved unanimously on roll call vote.

The meeting was recessed into closed session at 10:40 AM and reconvened at 11:48 AM on motion of Commissioner Geyer, seconded by Mayor Kaithern.

PUBLIC PORTION: None

When no one else wished to speak the meeting was adjourned at 11:49 AM on motion of Deputy Mayor Burke, seconded by Commissioner Geyer.
