MINUTES OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING
JULY 2, 2010

The Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of West Cape May was called to order by Mayor Kaithern at 11:08 AM.  The Open Public Meetings Statement was read by Mayor Kaithern who then led those present in the flag salute.  Mayor Pamela Kaithern, Deputy Mayor Peter Burke, and Commissioner Ramsey Geyer answered roll call.  Also in attendance:  Deputy Clerk Kate Kilian and Solicitor Christine Cote’.

CONSENT AGENDA:

Resolution 107-10     Authorizing the Conduct of an Emergency Meeting of the Board                                   of Commissioners

Resolution 108-10    Scheduling of Closed Session – Construction Code Services

On motion of Commissioner Geyer, seconded by Deputy Mayor Burke, the above referenced resolutions were approved unanimously on roll call vote.

The meeting was recessed into closed session at 11:13 AM and reconvened at 12:08 PM on motion of Commissioner Geyer, seconded by Deputy Mayor Burke

When no one else wished to speak the meeting was adjourned at 12:10PM on motion of Deputy Mayor Burke, seconded by Commissioner Geyer.
