BOROUGH OF WEST CAPE MAY
PLANNING-ZONING BOARD
REGULAR MEETING – August 10, 2010

The Regular Meeting of the Borough of West Cape May Planning-Zoning Board, held at the Municipal Building, 732 Broadway, was called to order by Chairperson Mulligan at 7:00 PM.  After reading the Open Public Meetings Act of 1975 he led all present in the flag salute.

MINUTES:  On motion of Art Joblin, seconded by Gary Novak, the minutes of April 13, 2010 were approved on unanimous roll call vote.

NEW BUSINESS:
Informal Hearing:  Applicant did not appear and the board held no discussion.

Zoning Officer Norman Roach was present in the audience.  He and the Board discussed the status of the zoning office and several open projects including the Barbara Wilde winery application, Cape Manor supportive housing building, the Bitney property, and the change in Construction Office from Cape May City to Lower Township.

PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR: No one wished to speak.

ADJOURNMENT:  On motion of Gary Novak, seconded by Art Joblin, and carried by unanimous voice vote, the meeting was adjourned at 7:44 PM.
