PLANNING-ZONING BOARD
REGULAR MEETING – September 13, 2011

The Regular Meeting of the Borough of West Cape May Planning-Zoning Board, held at the Municipal Building, 732 Broadway, was called to order by Chairperson Mulligan at 7:00 PM.  After reading the Open Public Meetings Act of 1975 he led all present in the flag salute.

MINUTES On motion of Art Joblin, seconded by Ramsey Geyer, the minutes of the August 9, 2011 meeting were approved on roll call vote as follows:  Diane Rea abstaining, all other members present voting in the affirmative.

RESOLUTION #08-11, Fred Conner, 119 Fourth Avenue, Block 37, Lot 3:  On motion of Ramsey Geyer, seconded by Art Joblin, the aforementioned resolution was approved on roll call vote as follows: Diane Rea abstaining, all other members present voting in the affirmative.

PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR: No one wished to speak.

ADJOURNMENT:  On motion of Art Joblin, seconded by Diane Rea, and carried by unanimous voice vote, the meeting was adjourned at 7:13 PM.
