ZONING
The Zoning Officer is responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of the Borough’s zoning ordinances, and issues all zoning permits.

CONSTRUCTION
Prior to applying for any construction permit, all projects must be reviewed by Borough Zoning Official, Norman Roach.
The Borough of West Cape May has a shared services contract with the City of Cape May for all Uniform Construction Code (UCC) services. All construction permits are handled by the City of Cape May Construction Office, located at 643 Washington Street.
